The T-51863D150 series by OPTREX consists of three different 15.0" TFTs with XGA (1024x768 dots) resolution and identical outline dimensions. All three 15" TFTs are specified for a wide temperature range.
T-51863D150J-FW-A-AA is the standard version and is especially suitable for monitor applications and operating units.
Optionally available is the mechanically and electrically (apart from the backlight) compatible
T-55534D150J-LW-A-AAN with LED backlight.

An ideal viewing angle between 6:00 and 12:00 can be selected via Pin 31. The TFT must thereby be rotated manually.
